About College of Farabi
The College of Farabi is located in the religious city of Qom, 120 kilometers south of the Capital. This College is one of the important academic parts of University of Tehran which is the oldest higher education center in Qom province. It has contiguity pride to Holy shrine of Fatima-Al-Masoumeh. It also has a heavy responsibility as a connective bridge for unity between two scientific–spiritual centers, university and seminary (Hawza ʻilmiyya) with regards to geographical location.
College of Farabi was established as an administrative and judicial affairs college in Feb, 1971. This campus acted to receipt the student as a subset of Tehran University. College of Farabi tries to donate to human capital development by providing quality education, offer leadership and contribution through research and innovation by providing post graduate level. Currently, the College consists of four faculties, namely, Management and Accounting, Law, Theology and Engineering, with over 6,000 students studying at the BA, BSc, MA, MSc and PhD levels. The College also provides online courses to students.
